The run will start from Saltram Park – not as previously posted. Meet at 9:00 as before.

Tuesday Nights

We will be reverting back to our ‘normal’ meeting times for Tuesday nights after London with Notices at 1920, run at 1930.

The first meeting to start at new times will be 27th April.

Thursday Nights

We will be starting our usual Thursday night social running program after London – Watch this space.

The club will open its doors slightly earlier at 6:45 (quarter to seven), parish notices will be read out at 7 o’clock sharp and members will be encouraged to begin their session at 7:15. 

Hot drinks from the tea bar will be available after this for those members who wish to socalise.

This routine will start on the 16th of February, please try and be on time.
