It is intended to post Committee Nominations and Items for the AGM agenda on the notice board next week, the 19th.

This will allow two weeks for members to have their say, the notices will be collected on the 2nd Feb.

The AGM is now scheduled to take place 1930 (half past seven Bev) Tuesday 9th February in our usual classroom at Marjons.

Please come along and take part.

The Committee Meeting will now take place Wednesday 3rd February.
