Row Melbourne was the sole representative in the Cornish Marathon completing the 26.2 miles in 4:07:13.

On Sunday 7 October, 3 club members took part in the Wadebridge Triathlon (part of the Cornwall Triathlon Series).

Congratulations to Mike Hoskin who completed 57 ish miles in the London to Brighton off-road race on Sunday 30 September. He completed the distance in a time of 11 hours 25 minutes finishing 19th overall.
Sunday also saw the running of the popular Autumn Trail in Newnham Park. Well done to the IS club members who competed.

On Tuesday, the proceeds from this year’s Plym Valley Challenge (£650) and Len’s sponsored silence (£171) were handed over to Nina Wearne (St Luke’s Hospice Senior Community Fundraiser). £200 was also donated to National Trust.
